Pear, Honey & Blue Cheese Galette with caramelized onions and Dijon
Ingredients
2 Pears
1 Small Lemon
Dijon mustard (to taste)
Blue cheese (to taste)
1 Small Yellow Onion
1 Egg
Honey
Cornstarch

Pâte Brisée Dough:

1 & ¼ cups of chilled all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon of salt
8 tbs of frozen unsalted butter
½ a cup of ice water (add in 1 tsp at a time)
